The Urban Tea Loft’s Private Events
It is our pleasure to serve you and your guests at The Urban Tea Loft. We offer our private rooms or the entire loft for your enjoyment. Our Main Area accommodates up to 35 with a minimum costs of $600. Our Large Party Room accommodates up to 20 with a minimum costs of $275. The VIP Room holds up to 10 with minimum costs of $250. A $100 non-refundable deposit (plus tax) holds a private room for your event. A $250 deposit plus tax deposit is required for our main area. This deposit (excluding tax) is deducted from your final bill.
Buy-outs of the full loft are also available for your special event. Please call us to inquire about pricing. Don’t forget our full bar is available as well as audiovisual equipment if needed. Inquire about AV needs if desired.
Because of our expertise, we can suggest teas that will pair well with our food selections. We can also offer a customized teatini in celebration of your event or guest of honor. If you would like an item you do not see on the menu, please do not hesitate to inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Meal costs are on a per person basis. Menu combinations are available. Please contact us for pricing if this option is desired. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash.

Cold Salad Trio- House made Chicken, Egg and Tuna salad served atop tomatoes with cracker assortment, pickles and olives
