Photos Coming Soon

We are so excited.  We hired Channelle Richardson to come and take photos of our foods so we can get them posted on line.  Our new menu is fantastic and the response has been great!  We have an Urban Cheesesteak that is served with peppers and onions and a chicken sandwich with goat cheese that is so flavorful.  Those following us on Twitter received special offers and free teatinis this week. So its a great idea to get on Twitter and follow UTL.

We are proparing to get ourt new teas in.  So far we have gotten in the following Rooibos Teas that are new:

African Ginger, Madagascar Vanilla, Rooibos Chai, & Natural Rooibos

We also have a coconut poochong tea and are very excited about our tea champagne coming in.  It is fermented like a fine wine and taste like a white jasmine champagne. Wonderful. We hope it is in for our Saturday tasting!!

On the menu for Soul Food this weekend, smothered pork chops, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, catfish, ribs and fried okra.  Good eatin’.  See you at The Loft!

IT’S HARD TO SAY GOODBYE………
We learned this week that Art on Boston will close at the end of next month as they are not getting the level of local support to stay open.  They have local art, jewelry as well as other unique items that are wonderful as gifts.  They also have great art classes.  They have been wonderful neighbors and great supporters and we hate to see them go.  Please help keep our Downtown viable by patronizing our independent businesses.  It is important and all that  matters!!
